Shipping & Returns
Turn Around:
Crash Pads normally ship within 48-hours.
Preferred Carrier:
Crash Pads preferred carrier is UPS. All continental US orders will be shipped though UPS Ground, 3rd Day Air, 2nd Day or overnight as the customer request.
P.O. Boxes and International Shipments:
International customers or those whom prefer U.S. mail or must ship to a P.O. Box, we will ship US Parcel Post. We ship US Mail twice weekly. Prices are the same regardless of the carrier.
Delayed Shipment:
If an item is out of stock or we cannot ship within the 48-hour window, we will notify the customer of the shipment delay. As soon as the order can be filled or shipped, we will send it out as originally requested by the customer unless otherwise advised.
Returns:
A customer may return Crash Pads products within 30 days of purchase for full refund of the product purchase price provided the item is unused and the original tags are attached. The product must have been purchased from Crash Pads Inc.
Exchange:
A customer may exchange size and or style within 30 days provided the item is unused and the original tags are attached. The product must have been purchased from Crash Pads Inc.
Return and Exchange Process:
Customers should contact Crash Pads by phone or e-mail to advise of the exchange or return. Next the customer should ship back the item with a note explaining the request and a copy of the original invoice for processing. After receiving and reviewing the returned item Crash Pads will credit the original credit card or send out the replacement or new size or style as soon as possible.
Manufacturing Defect:
In the rare occurrence of manufacturing defect, Crash Pads will exchange or refund a customer within 90 days of purchase. The customer should ship back the item with a note explaining the request and a copy of the original invoice for processing. After receiving and reviewing the returned item Crash Pads will credit the original credit card or send out the replacement or new size or style as soon as possible.
